Generally

The following terms and conditions apply when booking services from Biggy AB (“Biggy”). By booking on Biggy.se you automatically accept these terms and conditions. All bookings made via www.biggy.se are handled directly by Biggy. In other words, you will get a photographer of the highest class.

Booking

When booking a service on Biggy.se, we always contact us within 24 hours to confirm your booking and start a dialogue for our future cooperation.

Cancellation

We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before the assignment date. In case of cancellation within 14 days from the date of assignment, Biggy owns the right to charge up to 50% of the total amount. For cancellation within 24 hours from the date of assignment, Biggy reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total amount. If you need to cancel your photographer, please email us directly to info@biggy.se and we will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible.

Payment

We cooperate with Klarna, which gives you the opportunity to pay in the way you wish. Thanks to payment via Klarna, you are also covered by Klarna Buyer Protection, for more information read here.

Private individuals

• Invoice - Payment against Klarna invoice with 14 days payment period. There is no invoice fee. The invoice will be sent by email the same day we perform the work and you then have 14 days to pay.
• Partial payment - You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Partial payment from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least 50 SEK per month. You can pay off the entire outstanding debt at any time, then your account with Klarna will be automatically terminated. Full terms and conditions can be found at Klarna.
• Klarna Direct - With Klarna Direkt, you can easily pay directly at the checkout using your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn directly from your linked bank account.
• Card payment - Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No fees apply. No card details are stored with us, they are stored with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.

contractors

• Invoice - Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment period. There is no invoice fee. The invoice will be sent by email the same day we perform the work and you then have 30 days to pay.
• Card payment - Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No fees apply. No card details are stored with us, they are stored with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.

Delivery

Our ambition is to always deliver pictures within 14 days and films within 30 days of the completed assignment date. Delivery is via Dropbox or a similar cloud service.

Responsibilities

Biggy takes full responsibility for ensuring that our hired photographers follow through on the agreements we have agreed with the customer.

Rights

As a customer, you have full rights to use the materials we deliver with a few exceptions. Images and videos of Biggy must not be used in contexts that are illegal, pornographic or offensive. The client must also not use the material in a way that may be offensive to the persons participating in the material. Ownership and copyright of Biggy's images and films remain those of the photographer and Biggy even after the requester has received their material. Biggy owns the right to use created material for marketing purposes in its SoMe channels and on Biggy.se.

Obligations

You, as the customer, are responsible for informing and collecting any approvals from all individuals who participate in the material created.

Processing of personal data

We at Biggy want you as a customer to feel safe and secure with how we process your personal data. Your privacy is important to us and therefore we take it very seriously. We comply with the GDPR and process and store your personal data accordingly.

We collect the personal data that we consider necessary to carry out and deliver the services you order. Biggy processes personal data in accordance with applicable law. We may process and use personal data to improve user experience, business development and marketing communications. Data under Biggy's responsibility that is stored when you place an order on Biggy.se is stored for up to 1 year.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request an extract of your data, correct it or have it deleted. If you would like to get in touch with Biggy regarding your personal data, please send an email to info@biggy.se.
